Online giving is included in every plan. ChurchBee charges no fees on offerings. Stripe and Stripe Connect fees are the church's. Donors can add a voluntary amount to help cover them.
Members with the Active status count, adults and children, once each. Visitors, inactive members, those who moved away or passed away don't, nor do the app's users.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your church gets a 30-day trial with everything but text messages. If you don't subscribe, nothing is deleted: ChurchBee becomes read-only and online giving keeps working.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Yearly costs ten months: two months free, 16.67% less than twelve monthly payments. The whole year is charged in advance.
What if my church goes over its plan's limit?
We let you know at 90% of the limit. If you go over, you have 30 days to move to a bigger plan; we don't change your plan or charge you on our own. After that, no more active members can be added, and everything else keeps working.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, from Church → Subscription. Moving up charges the difference for the current period; moving down or switching between yearly and monthly starts at the renewal. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period paid for.
Who can see my church's information?
Only the people you give access to. Each church's records are kept separate, and you can remove someone's access at any time.
